It has been 7 years and plus to my journey as a professional real estate consultant in Vadodara city, though
my father’s experience behind me was an invaluable asset which I admire till this day. I started my journey
(not career) in this market with broker mates who were highly enthusiastic and motivated individuals want
ed to keep their sharp eyes on every second profitable deal in city including rentals, sale or purchase of a
property some of them were really good at their work and some I never wanted to follow. I was no different
but something always kept me half asleep during nights but not sure exactly what or how or why, but the
instinct of a teen aged boy was clearly reflected in my emotions and behaviour. I kept my calm and waited
for answers. This is my father Mr. _ Solanki who kept repeating his philosophy of life in a simple sentence
which suggests ‘Dig the hole at one place no matter how much days or years it takes’. I did not know or
never intended to know what it actually takes, never asked my father about the possible risk involved in the
concept to build a future I dreamed of or did I really dreamed of something I never knew just worked with
my heart in every given task like a true broker who wins his share after 2 may be more than 2 parties
exchange their needs and finally a bank transfer takes place. But something was still missing.
Then came the time when my passion found me by the way which was not broking but body building and
hitting on gyms taking a perfect diet transforming to a perfect alpha male. Leaving a long term remembering
impression to people I interact slowly became my personality statement, thanks to the very disciplined daily
life I lived under different circumstances from my childhood days in different roles including one of
newspaper teen age vendor where you wake up and start a day at around 3:45 AM no matter what are the
odds. My worship to my health and discipline into almost everything made me a humble human being with
added lesson learnt from my profession. I started became more successful in every deal and people liked the
way I take responsibility of after sales and a delightful customer experience. My sky high ambitions took
shape of reality when I started cracking good deals and made good relations with important people.
I realized that the word broker should not only be replaced with a better term but the person who carries this
identity can be transformed into a better professional just by applying some simple life principles. Till this
time I found important answers of life which were going to lead me towards a better and more organized
thinking process. One of the best answers I gave to myself was that this is the business(Real estate) is the
only business where I can earn a fortune after applying my best of the efforts and professionalism. Second
thing I implemented into operation was team work, I emerged as a leader at the age of 21 and started
recruiting like-minded energetic individuals who collectively bring the much needed change into
unorganized broking market. This is where my secret talent began to emerge which and I found myself in the
role of a mentor, trainer and off course a leader who can lead and change the tag from broker to a Real estate
consultant, a helper, a problem solver. The job is not over though it’s just started yet to transform existing
roles into respectful aspiring careers.
My next step where I am aiming my success is to bring good passionate individuals on board and make them
believe that they can make their fortune in real estates by applying certain principles most importantly which
involves good professional training, patience and perseverance to finally achieve what they aim of. I dream
to make a team of as many as strong individuals who can lead the future of real estate consulting with new
approach, correctly adapting of technology in business, understanding the Do’s and Dont’s then focus on
earning an income of fortune. In order to do so I am hiring experienced tech experts, marketing
experts/consultants to fulfil the gaps and also keep us updated with latest digital trends specially on
advertising, marketing part. Our well wishers will soon access more interactive and relevant information
related to property market and it’s happenings from Vadodara market. New developments are in pipeline on
team training part, customer engagement, solutions etc.
